Program Overview
The online minor in Management will provide you with the analytical and interpersonal skills necessary to lead an organization or team. Students practice the key leadership, teamwork and innovation skills necessary to efficiently organize and deploy an organization’s assets, especially its employees.

Curriculum
The online minor in Management requires 15 credit hours. The curriculum equips students with the skills needed to work with and employ others to achieve critical goals.

Admission
Before selecting a minor, you must be admitted to a major program (bachelor’s degree). You can pursue the minor of your choice along with your major coursework after gaining approval from your advisor.
