Academic Resources

Academic Calendar

The UA Academic Calendar is a helpful resource for you to visit often. It’s kept up-to-date with any changes and lists important dates related to each semester (opening of registration, first day of classes, last day to drop or add a course, exam schedules, etc.).

Online Student Success

Serves students from orientation through graduation. During your time as a student, you will interact with this team through distance learning student initiatives like monthly newsletters and other digital communications, success outreach and online resource events.

Office of Disability Services

The Office of Disability Services is the central campus resource for students who wish to request academic accommodations.  In collaboration with students and instructors, ODS staff coordinates accommodations and support to ensure equal access to an education.

We encourage all student with specialized learning needs to reach out to ODS for support through your academic journey.

Library Services

When it comes to doing research, distance learners have a vast amount of full-text resources at their fingertips. The UA Libraries provide thousands of journal articles, newspapers and magazines, as well as collections of electronic books and other primary materials. Distance students can also take advantage of friendly, one-on-one research assistance.

The Writing Center provides professional consultations to all students, graduate and undergraduate, on campus and off. Get help with general writing skills and more discipline-specific forms of writing at any stage of the writing process.
