We are pleased to announce a partnership with Uwill, an independent, virtual student mental health and wellness service. Uwill offers UA Online students free, immediate access to teletherapy.

Uwill is Private. Secure. Confidential.

Access is quick, easy and available 24/7. You can register and book your first session in just minutes using your Crimson email. Each student is provided with up to three sessions. If there is a need for more, the student will work through the platform to gain approval for additional sessions.

  • Create a profile with Uwill.
  • Choose a therapist based on your preferences including availability, issue, gender, language and ethnicity (Umatch).
  • Choose a time that fits your schedule.

Uwill also provides students free access to Urise, its on-demand, easy-to-use wellness programming. Select “Wellness” from the left navigation and choose from a wide range of options, such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness and more! Uwill can help you discover greater focus and balance as you navigate the semester.
