You’ll learn from faculty with years of experience and expertise on and off the field. Our online coursework is designed to develop your understanding of the sport industry and help you foster connections with other students, faculty and industry professionals. The curriculum covers topics such as sales and entrepreneurship, financial operations, international strategies in sport, sport properties and venue management. This master’s degree program will complement your industry experience to prepare you for professional success.

Curriculum
The MS in Sport Management consists of 30 credit hours. Students have the option of completing a thesis or non-thesis track. Please note that courses are subject to change. Each semester, students will meet with an advisor for course specifications and semester offerings for the upcoming academic term.

Admission
To be considered for admission, an applicant for the MS in Sport Management must have the following:
- An undergraduate degree GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent) overall or 3.0 (or equivalent) for a completed graduate degree program
- Unofficial transcripts (official transcripts required by end of first semester)
- Resume
- Three letters of recommendation
- Statement of purpose (Include in the header: Sport Management). Students should also include in their statement why they have chosen this area of study and how it will apply to their personal and/or professional goals.
