The last day to drop an online course and receive a refund follows the regular University schedule for campus courses. Refer to Student Account Services for dates.
Grading Policy
Distance learning students are subject to and have the same access to academic calendars, grading policies and refund policies as on-campus students. Refer to the registrar’s website for grading policies and contact information.

- Campus code change requests are reviewed for future terms only.
- Campus code change requests must be received prior to the last day to register for the full fall or spring term. During summer, the request must be submitted prior to the term registration deadline.
