We want you to know that you still belong here and that it’s never too late to come back to Bama!
If you’re looking to complete your bachelor’s degree, you might qualify for our Back to Bama grant for returning undergraduate students who left The University of Alabama before graduating. The Back to Bama grant is equal to the cost of one 3-credit-hour course during your first semester of enrollment in your return to the university.
"I couldn't resist the pull the university had, drawing me back to finish what I started so many years ago. I feel so fortunate to complete my educational journey where I began and launch my future from the school I think of as home."

As a working mother of three, I was not sure if I would ever have the time or resources to finish my degree. I was able to pursue my dream with confidence and minimal stress."

Within each course, assignment deadlines vary, but you get to decide how many courses you want to take each semester to complete your degree. Undergraduate degree program completion times depend on how many hours you transfer in, but most students finish in three to six years.
