The Conflict Resolution graduate certificate program teaches mediation skills — including communication, problem-solving and teamwork strategies — in just five courses.
The training found in these courses will actively engage you in self-exploration regarding issues of perception, bigotry, values, beliefs, differences and culture as they relate to conflict resolution. You'll be prepared to work with various cultures, practices and backgrounds in dealing with dispute resolution. Enhance your career in Knightdale with these highly valued conflict resolution skills.
