Learn the Business of Real Estate
The program covers diverse business issues in the context of real estate decision-making, calibrated to prepare students to move into real estate leadership, entrepreneurship and boundary-spanning roles. Specifically, the business focus prepares students to interface with functional business units (e.g., accounting, analytics, finance, information systems, marketing and operations), while industry-specific knowledge offers a multidisciplinary perspective on the business of real estate and the built environment.
